WEST DEPTFORD, NJ — Industrial Investments, Inc. of Blue Bell, PA announced that it has recently signed a new long term lease for 65,390 s/f of industrial space with the Delaware Valley Floral Group at its newest building located in the Forest Park Corporate Center at 1230 Forest Parkway, West Deptford. An affiliate of Industrial Investments purchased the vacant 1230 Forest Parkway in early February. 1230 Forest Parkway is a 109,620 s/f light industrial/warehouse building with 26’ clear ceilings, 18 tailgate doors, ESFR sprinklers, and T-5 lighting with motion sensors. Following the lease with Delaware Valley Floral Group, Industrial Investments has 44,230 s/f remaining for lease at the property. This location will serve as a new warehouse and distribution center for Delaware Valley Floral Group, who is an industry leader in the wholesale flower industry. Over the past 50 years, the Delaware Valley Floral Group has grown into one of the largest floral distribution and logistics companies in the United States.
