NAI CIR engaged to manage 108 – 114 N. 2nd Street in Harrisburg, PA


Harrisburg, PA – NAI CIR, a member of the world’s premier managed network of commercial real estate firms, announced that it has been selected to manage the 41,000 s/f 5 story office and retail building located at 108 – 114 N. 2nd St., Harrisburg, PA, on behalf of Sandton Capital, based in New York City. “We are excited to be able to expand our relationship with Sandton,” said Robin Zellers, SIOR, president of NAI CIR. “Brett Crans, our senior property manager, was instrumental in working with Sandton to insure a seamless transition of management responsibilities and looks forward to continuing to serve ownership, current and future tenants.” NAI CIR agents Dan Alderman and Nathan Kranz have also been engaged to market availabilities in the building. Niko Kranias of NAI CIR handled the transaction for BPS Development Group, the property owner, and for The Wellness Center. U.S. Security Associates, Inc., a security services and solutions business, has leased 2,150 s/f of office space at 3552 Old Gettysburg Rd., Lower Allen Twp. The Bill Gladstone Group of NAI CIR handled the transaction.
