BLANDON, PA — Schlouch Incorporated has been named by Posocco Properties to handle site preparation for Blue Barn Meadows Phase 1, a 41.67-acre residential development. The property, located on Blue Barn Rd., Upper Macungie and South Whitehall Townships, Lehigh County, PA will feature 76 townhouses and six single-family properties. Kay Builders is co-developer of the property. Schlouch is providing clearing, grubbing, survey, stakeout, demolition, blasting, rock removal, earthwork, sediment/erosion control, sanitary and storm sewers, water line installation, roads, building pads, concrete, curbs, paving and seeding. Schlouch will also install 16,500 s/f of retaining walls and three basins with 30 mil PVC liners. Steve Funk is Schlouch’s site coordinator and Marty “MJ” Weller, III is project manager/estimator.
