WILLOW GROVE, PA —Working closely with the elected and appointed officials of Upper Moreland Township, and with Brian Conlon, P.E. of Langan Engineering and Seth Shapiro, AIA of Barton & Partners, Neil Andrew Stein, Esquire obtained a change of zoning and land development approval to permit adaptive reuse of a 100,000 s/f vacant industrial building in Upper Moreland Township. The property will developed as a new multi-family project of 246 units, with recreational amenities and public improvements.
The approvals were obtained on behalf of The Buccini Pollin Group, a privately-held, full-service real estate acquisition, development and management company with offices in Washington, DC, Wilmington, DE, Philadelphia, PA, and Baltimore, MD. Formed in 1993, Buccini/Pollin develops and acquires hotel, office, residential, retail, and parking properties throughout the United States.
Stein has over thirty years of experience representing developers and builders in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In addition to being an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Temple University Beasley School of Law, his peers have recognized him as a Pennsylvania “Super Lawyer” and as a “Best Lawyer in America.”
Stein also serves on the Legal Action Committee of the National Association of Homebuilders and is Chair of the Political Action Committee of the Bucks-Montgomery Homebuilders Association.
