Richard Skoczylas, CPM®, is a Regional Manager with Harbor Group Management Company, responsible for a Conventional residential portfolio in New Jersey and Connecticut. With over 30 years in the property management industry and holding a PA and NJ real estate Brokers license, Rich has managed all types of real property. He is also affiliated with NAHMA and has earned multiple Affordable designations such as SHCM, CPO, NAHPe. Rich is a Board Member Emeritus of Penndel AHMA and has served two terms as its President. Harry Bagot, CPM® is President and CEO of Trashpro and TPFoam, a national based municipal solid waste consultant, specializing in multi-family communities. Harry has over 35 years experience in the multi-family industry. He is a Charter Member of his chapter and a two-time past recipient of the CPM® of the Year Award presented by Southern New Jersey Chapter. Harry is a former Board President and current Board member of Habitat for Humanity, Burlington County affiliate.
Eileen Wirth, CPM® is President and CEO of the Octavia Hill Association, Inc. (OHA), overseeing an annual operating budget exceeding $3.4 million and is responsible for overall company operations. Eileen served as 2007/08 IREM® Region 2 RVP and currently serves as Vice Chair of the IREM® Federal Housing Advisory Board. She is a member of the IREM® National Membership/Credentialing Committee and holds additional professional designations such as the HCCP and SHCM.
