Denholtz Associates hosts top brokers at luncheon

Matawan, NJ — Denholtz Associates, a privately held, fully integrated real estate development, investment and management company, recently hosted a broker luncheon to showcase its newly renovated, 132,000 s/f class A office building Metropark South, located at 100 Matawan Rd. in Matawan. The event, which included a tour of the building, was held in the newly decorated lower lobby and drew approximately 30 of New Jersey’s top brokers.

The building recently underwent a $1.3 million makeover which included renovating all of the common areas including bathrooms, new skylight features, landscaping upgrades and painting of the building. The building, conveniently located off exit 120 of the Garden State Parkway, sits on 5.17 acres and is in close proximity to the Matawan Train Station as well as Routes 287, 440, 1 & 9 and the New Jersey Turnpike. “As an owner and developer of class A office product, it is important for us to bring brokers into the space so they can experience it for themselves and to get a sense of just how accessible, flexible and attractive these properties are for their top clients,” said Kristine Hurlbut, senior vice president of leasing for Denholtz Associates.” We are very proud of this property and the successful recruitment of anchor-tenant iCIMS, who signed a 47,750 s/f deal this summer.” Attending brokers were given the chance to enter a raffle for the Jets and Giants game at Metlife Stadium on December 6th as well as a new Apple Watch. Marc Shein from NAI Dileo-Bram & Co won the football tickets and Adam Silver of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank won the Apple Watch. Currently 16,233 s/f of space is available at Metropark South. Interested brokers or tenants can contact David Zimmel of Zimmel Associates for more information on leasing opportunities.
