Denholtz Associates brings consumer electronics company to Piscataway with 32,710 s/f lease


Piscataway, NJ — Denholtz Associates, a privately held, fully integrated real estate development, investment and management company, has signed a 32,710 s/f lease with Zeikos Inc., at Brunswick Business Park in Piscataway. Zeikos, a consumer electronics company headquartered in New York, provides a full line of consumer electronic products that incorporate unique styling, high quality, and new technology at affordable prices. Located on the I-287 corridor near Fortune 500 companies, Rutgers University and an abundance of local amenities, Brunswick Business Park boasts 22-foot ceilings, four tailboard loading docks, wide bays and ample parking. The modern buildings are perfect for accommodating both office and high-tech manufacturing and distribution users.

“Brunswick Business Park allows tenants access to an enormous labor pool as well as modern amenities which can be flexed to suit their needs for future growth,” said Kristine Hurlbut, senior vice president of leasing at Denholtz Associates. “Zeikos, a growing consumer electronics company, looked to take full advantage of what was a great opportunity. Each building features flexible floor plans, custom finished exteriors, ample parking and on-site professional management. “The marketplace in Fairfield along Route 46 is one of the strongest flex-office markets in Essex County and offers fantastic accessibility to the surrounding areas,” said Kristine Hurlbut.
