SOUTHERN NJ — Warner Real Estate & Auction closed escrow on a package sale of three Gulf branded South Jersey service stations. The sites included 1422 W. Landis Ave., Vineland, 3422 S. Delsea Dr., Vineland, and 605-615 N. Pearl St., Bridgeton. The buyer of the sites, Paragon Petroleum Inc., will continue operating the three service stations; however, the sites will be unbranded. The seller was a trust and Richard Warner was the listing agent.
