Little Falls, NJ — As the leasing agent for ownership at Overlook Corporate Center, Colliers International has arranged a long-term, 25,000 s/f lease for supply chain management solutions company SPS Commerce at 150 Clove Rd. in Little Falls. The new transaction aligns with ownership’s ongoing multimillion-dollar, amenity-rich enhancement initiative at the 415,000 s/f, class-A office building, which is set for completion in the first quarter of 2016.
