Mission 50’s Greg Dell’Aquila to speak at PlanSmart NJ policy briefing

HOBOKEN, NJ — On Monday, October 19, Greg Dell’Aquila, president of Mission 50 Workspaces, will speak on the growing demand for alternative workspaces as live-work-play environments become increasingly vital to New Jersey’s urban landscape. The discussion is part of PlanSmart NJ’s “Creating Vibrant Cities” Policy Briefing, which is being held at the Wyndham Garden Trenton, 1 West Lafayette St. in Trenton, NJ from 10 to 11:30 a.m. The event will explore how New Jersey’s cities can capitalize on growing demands for vibrant urban life. Tom Murphy, senior resident fellow at the Urban Land Institute and former mayor of Pittsburgh, will share the steps he took in creating a vibrant city. Dell’Aquila will join a panel of New Jersey experts who will discuss strategies and elaborate on their vision and plans for the state’s cities. A veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Dell’Aquila co-founded Mission 50 Workspaces in Hoboken in 2011. Under his direction, Mission 50 quickly became New Jersey’s premier collaborative coworking space, known for its dynamic community of individuals and small business owners. Mission 50 recently received $500,000 in funding from the New Jersey Economic Development Authority to expand its shared office environments.
