Since 1995, Keystruct Construction, Inc. has been the contractor of choice in the Mid-Atlantic region specializing in complex projects in the industrial, commercial and healthcare industries. After two decades of exceptional service, Keystruct continues to focus on safety, quality, hard work and integrity as the foundation of every project. From general construction to full design-build services, Keystruct has built a solid reputation through project efficiencies, customer satisfaction and overall safety. Keystruct may not be the largest contractor in the area, but providing services in three concentrated market areas – industrial, commercial and healthcare – allows the company to focus on meeting customer-specific needs and completing unique projects with the utmost care. The relationship that Keystruct builds with its customers is the primary factor in all projects, giving the company an edge over competitors. Customers and vendors are always viewed as partners in the project, and Keystruct is determined to work collaboratively with them to deliver the best results. Jerry Watson, founder and president of Keystruct Construction, Inc. stands by the values of the company. “Our customers are the main focus at Keystruct,” said Watson. “We want them to feel comfortable and confident in the work we are doing, and that begins with an open, trusting relationship between the customer and our team.”
Along with placing a high value on relationships, the mid-sized company also understands the importance of getting the job done right the first time. Keystruct recognizes that investing in a well-trained and professional workforce and quality equipment fosters a seamless process from start to finish. At the beginning of every project, Keystruct’s safety consultant creates and implements safety and operating procedures and oversees safety training and certifications for all field personnel. One of Keystruct’s recently completed projects is the Out Door Country Club in York, Pennsylvania. The private, five-star country club needed a renovation to its indoor/outdoor dining area, The 19th Hole. The project began in March 2015 with plans to completely renovate the indoor dining area and bar, expand and recreate the kitchen and construct a new patio, featuring seating and a fire pit overlooking the golf course. Now named Bistro on the Green, the country club’s new casual dining space has been an excellent addition for all members to enjoy. With 20 years under its belt, Keystruct has used its momentum to exponentially grow its employee base, gross revenue and geographic range. Starting with 4 employees and $500 thousand in gross revenue in 1995, the company now employs 35 full-time team members and brings in $35 million in gross revenue. “Reaching this milestone is something that all of us at Keystruct are extremely proud of,” said Watson. “The company continues to expand its customer base and expertise as opportunities arise for new growth.” A unique project for Keystruct, completed earlier this year, was a pumping station located in Windsor Township, York County, Pennsylvania. Keystruct built the concrete structure, consisting of two underground levels and one above-ground level. All of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing work for the project was done through Keystruct. These types of services completed for the pumping station illustrate Keystruct’s expertise in a wide range of services and its ability to adapt to the needs of the customer in order to deliver the best results. Keystruct also provides services including pre-construction, design-build, general construction, renovations, concrete construction, steel fabrication and erection and carpentry. Keystruct understands every element of these service sectors and is determined to give each aspect of every project the attention it deserves. Keystruct was recently awarded the ABC National Excellence in Construction Pyramid Award and recognized as one of the Metal Construction News Top Metal Builders in 2014. Keystruct was the recipient of the ABC STEP Diamond Safety Award in 2012. Keystruct Construction, Inc. is Built on Relationships.
