Woodbridge, NJ — Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP announced that Christine F. Li has been named chair of the firm's Community Association Practice Group. Li succeeds longstanding Group chair Wendell A. Smith in assuming this new role.

Members of our Community Association Practice Group have represented hundreds of condominiums, cooperatives and homeowners associations throughout New Jersey for over four decades. Li is a partner in the firm's Real Estate Department. Her work on behalf of community association clients includes general counseling, collections, and alternative dispute resolution. She also chairs the firm's Planned Real Estate Practice Group, representing numerous top-tier national and regional developers in all aspects of planned real estate development.
