Camden, NJ — Colliers International/Southern New Jersey announced that it has been selected to facilitate the leasing of 300 N. Delaware Ave., Camden, NJ, located just one block from the Benjamin Franklin Bridge and a short walk from both PATCO and RiverLine train stations. Upon completion, it is expected to be the first new office space being developed in Camden, NJ since the passing of the NJ Economic Opportunity Act of 2013. Current plans have the building ready for occupancy as soon as May 2016.
Originally built as the Ruby Match Factory, it soon became Campbell’s first warehouse. The historic building will be transformed into modern loft offices with open truss ceilings, exposed rafters, and an airy loft plan while maintaining the original structure and brick. The end result will be over 70,000 s/f of modern loft offices on three floors with cutting-edge design with views of the Philadelphia Skyline. Also included will be a retail/food & beverage component.
This project is eligible for State incentives via the NJ Grow program. Qualified employers are eligible to receive tax incentives in excess of their rent, based upon the number of jobs being relocated to Camden. The building is developed and managed by AthenianRazak, a Philadelphia-based real estate services firm.
