MANHATTAN, NY — Expanding their Manhattan presence, Investors Bank has found a new home for its back office operations at the Chrysler East Building at 666 3rd Ave. The bank, continuing to expand their presence throughout the five boroughs and the greater Northeast area, expanded their Manhattan presence to 9,329 s/f to accommodate the rapid rate of growth the bank is undergoing.
Meeting Investors’ desire to remain in close proximity to Grand Central Station, which many of their employees travel through on a daily basis, was a key element to the transaction. The Garibaldi Group identified a location that is less than a block away from Grand Central and moved forward to negotiate a 10 year lease term. Investors Bank was represented by The Garibaldi Group brokerage team of Jim Garibaldi, Michael Witko, Ed Flanagan and Kyle Mahoney. The building’s landlord is Tishman Speyer.
