SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — CBRE Group, Inc. and CORE Group, LLC are excited to announce the 2nd Annual New Jersey LogistXGames, a unique four-event competition geared at communicating the value of the logistics and distribution industry in New Jersey and recognizing the “best” practitioners in the region. The games will be held on Sept. 25, 2015 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Matrix Development’s new state-of-the-art 550,000 s/f distribution center at 965 Cranbury-South River Rd. in South Brunswick, commencing with an address by South Brunswick Mayor Frank Gambatese. Alexander Taylor, partner of Matrix Development Group, will be co-emceeing the event. To date, the partnership has raised approximately $25,000 in cash donations and $10,000 in trophies, equipment and supplies in advance of the competition. All proceeds from the 2015 New Jersey Games (after event costs) will be donated to the Wounded Warrior Program. Employees from companies throughout the region will gather in the Central Jersey location – directly off of the New Jersey Turnpike Exit 8A – for the unique series of competitions in a fun and energetic setting. Confirmed participants of the 2015 Games include teams from Simon & Schuster, Tiffany & Co., Sleepy’ s, GMB North America, Lifetime Brands, Frazier Industrial Co. and Royal Food.
