Midgard Properties LP., with the assistance of Swope Lees, arranged the lease agreement of this 10,000 s/f property to the new tenant, Philadelphia Rock Gym. The recently leased warehouse facility will become PRG’s fourth rock climbing location in the greater Philadelphia area. PRG is an indoor rock climbing gym known for its state-of-the-art climbing walls, full service fitness centers, and even private party wall rentals. PRG offers multiple climbing packages for experienced climbers as well as beginners.
