The Central PA CRE industry is one of the most successful markets as proven most recently by its stability and growth even through tough economic times. Such a remarkable accomplishment was a major catalyst in our decision to acquire LMS Commercial Real Estate – a major player in the Central PA market for over 22 years – back in January 2015. As owners of Paramount Realty Services, Inc., headquartered in Lakewood, New Jersey, the acquisition of LMS Commercial Real Estate increases our presence in this central territory and expands our portfolio to include the management and leasing of over 10 million square feet in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Through a tightly integrated network of 60 industry professionals and with local offices in Lancaster and York, we hope to build upon LMS’s success. The York office will continue to mature with the experienced team of Dave Nicholson, Joe Spagnola, Ryan Myers, Jeremiah Hamilton, Blake Gross, and Travis Riley. Arlene Gray recently joined our Lancaster office to lead our Leasing team there where our focus will be on grocery-anchored centers which have flourished in this market. Networking and alliances are keys to success in the commercial real estate industry. With that in mind, we’re looking forward to strengthening LMS’s existing alliances as well as fostering new relationships. LMS has proven and will continue to be broker friendly to the commercial real estate industry. We encourage those representing tenants to bring retailers to our properties. The CRE industry encourages networking through numerous organizations and we are proud members of many of them, including Retail Brokers Network, International Council of Shopping Centers, local county chambers, and the Central Penn Business Journal community. We’re excited for what the future brings to LMS and the Central PA CRE market!
