Lebanon Township, NJ — NAI Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, today announced the successful leasing of 8,000 s/f at 405 Trimmer Rd. in Lebanon Township, to outpatient rehabilitation provider GenPsych. NAI James E. Hanson sales associate Joe Vindigni represented the tenant, GenPsych, and the landlord, Scenic Pastures LLC in the leasing transaction. GenPsych has signed a 30-month lease and will convert the building into a 13-bed treatment center – the first of its kind in the area – due to open in the fall of 2015. Set back on 15 acres of land, the building’s location provides requisite privacy and seclusion. “The building’s privacy, sitting on such a large amount of land, was the major feature this location offers,” Vindigni said. “We worked closely with GenPsych to find an ideal space and also with Scenic Pastures on finding the right tenant. In this case it worked out extremely well.”
