WEST ORANGE, NJ —The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA), recently hosted its 46th Annual Jeffrey Siegel Memorial Golf and Tennis Outing at the Crestmont Country Club in West Orange. IOREBA’s annual golf outing brings the New Jersey real estate community together, and is a time to welcome the organization’s new slate of officers. Current president, Adam Silver, managing director of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank handed the traditional gavel to IOREBA’s incoming president, Rob DiLeo, principal of NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co., and then introduced the 2015-2016 new slate of officers, which includes vice president Jonathan Glick of Sheldon Gross Realty; secretary Jon Tesser of Colliers International; and treasurer Tom Romano of Colliers International. “It was a tremendous honor serving as president of one of the best commercial real estate organizations in the metropolitan area,” said Silver. “We have a great team of officers that are truly focused and dedicated to providing excellent educational and networking opportunities for our membership, and I thank them greatly for their support throughout the year,” remarked Silver in his closing speech. “Rob is a great friend and an excellent leader, and I am confident he will maintain IOREBA’s level of excellence serving as your new president.” In addition to the golf outing and tennis tournament, guests were treated to a networking and dinner reception, followed by prizes, a 50/50 drawing and raffle giveaways ranging from tablets to cameras to televisions.
