Landmark Science & Engineering welcomes new principal owners


New Castle, DE — The board of directors of Landmark Science & Engineering, one of the region’s largest consulting site/civil engineering, environmental and land surveying firms, is pleased to announce that two new principals have joined the firm: Keith A. Rudy, P.E., LEED AP and Helen V. Apostolico, with a mutual commitment to help the company grow and prosper as the firm begins its 29th year in business.

Keith Rudy is a licensed professional engineer in Delaware and New Jersey and is certified as a LEED accredited professional. He has 23 years of experience in civil engineering projects, with broad exposure to the fields of environmental, geotechnical, site/civil design, water resources, planning, and construction review. Keith has been with Landmark for over five years and serves as director of sciences and water resources and vice president of operations.

Helen Apostolico has 21 years of experience working in financial business management. She has worked at Landmark for four years and currently serves as chief financial officer and treasurer.
