New York, NY — The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA) recently hosted its annual State of the Market dinner and networking event at the New York Athletic Club in New York City. The event was co-hosted with the SIOR NY/NJ Chapters. Guests in attendance heard guest speakers Bob Knakal, chairman of Massey Knakal, and Jay Olshonsky, president of NAI Global, discuss the state of the commercial real estate market from both national and Metropolitan perspectives.
