LIVINGSTON, NJ — Livingston Mayor Michael Silverman and fellow officials from Livingston Township joined developer BNE Real Estate Group on Tuesday, April 21st, to cut the ceremonial ribbon on the newest luxury rental community to hit the market in suburban Essex County: The Hillside Club.
