The property is situated on 11.847 acres of land with an adjacent lot of 3.81 acres. The building itself offers 6,000 s/f of office space and 27 dock high doors with 1 drive-in door. The team of Michael Bartolacci and Jerry Moore, both senior brokers at The Garibaldi Group, along with Brendan Kelly of Avison Young were hired by Bell Sport Inc. to lease and sell the property. After brokering a short term lease with NFI, the team went on to attain a deal to sell the property to the investment group High Street Realty Company, LLC.
