PHILADELPHIA, PA — Marcus & Millichap has named Brenton Baskin regional manager of its Philadelphia office, according to John Kerin, president and chief executive officer.
“Brenton’s expertise and dedication has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s market-making capabilities to clients in Philadelphia and throughout Pennsylvania as sales manager of the Philadelphia office,” said Kerin. “In his new role as regional manager, he will provide leadership and support to our investment professionals and will continue to be a resource for clients throughout the region.”
Baskin began his career with Marcus & Millichap in the firm’s Newport Beach office in March 2008. His product specialty was retail investments and he was a member of the National Retail Group. Baskin has been serving as sales manager of the Philadelphia office since July 2014. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he was an associate at a boutique real estate firm in Orange County where he was responsible
for business development and loan origination.
Baskin graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and marketing.
