“St. John Properties, together with our partners, was among the first real estate development companies in the Maryland area to construct all of our new buildings in accordance with green building standards as outlined by USGBC,” said Richard Williamson, senior vice president, leasing for St. John Properties.

“We recognized the trend among corporate end-users to demand sustainability and environment-friendly features in their corporate real estate. Developing LEED-certified buildings and leading the way in the building sustainability movement remains an integral part of our corporate mission.”

8135 Maple Lawn Blvd. was constructed with a brick and glass exterior and expansive, column-free 35,000 s/f floor plates.
