Pittsburgh, PA — Randy McCombs, two-time past president of the Western Pennsylvania chapter of SIOR and recipient of the 2014 Western Pennsylvania SIOR Co-Broker of the Year Award, was installed in November 2014 the Fall World Conference in Nashville, TN to serve a two-year term as Mid-Atlantic regional director for the international organization. The Mid-Atlantic region is comprised of the Maryland/DC/Northern Virginia, Philadelphia and Western Pennsylvania chapters. Randy joins nine other regional directors on the SIOR Executive Committee.
With more than 30 years in commercial real estate, McCombs has been a member of the Western Pennsylvania chapter for 21 years and has served in various capacities on the local executive committee. As an executive vice president with Cushman & Wakefield | Grant Street Associates, Inc., he has focused on providing tenant advisory services to corporate and government clientele, successfully negotiating deals in excess of $900 million dollars on projects throughout the United States and Canada.
