Ethan Medgie represented the Seller of this 11 acre parcel, Nazareth Building Systems and Amy Hawley, SIOR represented the buyer for their expansion into this second location to serve the Greater Lehigh Valley Region. Pallet Express has been a family owned business for 30 years, with this new expansion will enhance itself as the Lehigh Valley’s largest & most respected provider of pallets and pallet logistics services. They will be adding 10 jobs at the new site when it opens in July of this year. The selling price was: $1.6 million.
