CHERRY HILL, NJ — Industrial Investments, Inc. of Blue Bell, PA announced that it has recently signed a new long term lease for 38,040 s/f of industrial space with TXX Services, Inc. at its building located in the Cherry Hill Industrial Park at 11 Perina Blvd., Cherry Hill. 11 Perina Blvd. is a 229,895 s/f multi-tenant warehouse/light industrial building.
This location will serve as the new warehouse and distribution center for TXX Services, who is an industry leader in specialty pharmaceutical warehousing and distribution.
