PENNSAUKEN, NJ — Colliers International’s Southern New Jersey office recently concluded the sale of a 103,000 s/f warehouse facility located at 6965 Airport Highway Lane in Pennsauken, for $2.55m. The subject property features 26’-27’ ceilings, seven loading docks and one drive-in door. Ian Richman of Colliers International represented the buyer, Levin Enterprises, LLC, in this transaction. The seller was represented by Marc Cutler and Fred Meyer of NAI Mertz.
The buyer is a provider of new and used/reconditioned forklift trucks as well as material handling parts and services. They had outgrown their existing facilities of approximately 56,000 s/f in Brooklawn, NJ. Colliers International has been retained to handle the sale of these two facilities.
This is the eighth building the Colliers International Southern New Jersey industrial team has sold in the Pennsauken Township in the last twelve months.
