NORTH BERGEN, NJ — Lee & Associates, NJ, one of New Jersey's premier commercial real estate firms, has consummated the $1.9 million sale of a 51,500 s/f industrial building on 1.75 acres located at 4001 - 4017 Dell Ave. in North Bergen.
The facility, formerly owned and occupied by Lewisohn Sales Company, was purchased by Crowne Architectural Systems. The veteran brokerage team of Lew Solomon & Michael Schaible of Lee & Associates represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.
According to Solomon: "Although the building is rather obsolete with the original structure being constructed in the 1920's, the principals of Crowne did recognize the value of the interior clear span sections of the building along with being conveniently located directly off Rte. 1 & 9 with easy access to the Lincoln Tunnel.”
"North Bergen has always been considered a key and vital component of the Meadowlands Industrial Marketplace and it is Crowne's intention to convert the existing structures to a modern state-of-the-art example of the quality work that has led to their success," said Schaible, senior VP of Lee & Associates, NJ.
"We couldn't be more pleased that Lew and Michael were able to satisfy our client by finding just the right buyer for this unique asset," said Rick Marchisio, president of Lee &Associates, NJ.
