NEWPORT, DE — Harvey, Hanna & Associates, Inc. (HHA) announced that David Ricci and Colin Flynn of The Flynn Company have been selected as its "2014 Brokers of the Year."
In the midst of a slowly recovering real estate market, Ricci and Flynn contributed greatly to HHA’s continued success in 2014, facilitating the lease of a new tenant, Art Guild, into 23,856 s/f of warehouse, office and showroom space at 200 Anchor Mill Rd. in the Twins Spans Business Park in New Castle.

In recognition of Ricci and Flynn’s achievements, HHA will donate $3,000 in the name of The Flynn Company to The Delaware KIDS (Kids In Distressed Situations) Fund. This charitable fund was established by HHA to support a wide array of causes for local youth, including specialized support for hunger, shelter, and tuition scholarships. Since 1997, HHA has donated over $1 million to local charitable causes.
