The buyer, Stone Heron, LLC purchased the property for $2,000,000. The property will become the new home of Pacuda Inc., which is relocating from Deep River, Connecticut.
Constructed in 1970 with expansions in the mid-1980’s and again in the mid-1990’s, the Garrity Industries building was one of the Shoreline’s premier and most recognizable industrial properties. Binswanger marketed the property on a local, national and international basis almost exclusively to end-users with the functional capabilities to use a building with this unique infrastructure and layout.
